小孩鞋含鉛測試

Please note you need to prepare the material for lead test for Early Lot & Big Lot Sample & MASS PRODUCTION.

Here is the requirement for Lead testing , this apply on both product development stage and production, please note we need to received the materials ( for test ) before you ship out the ELO samples & BLO samples & Mass production samples.

1. Screen printing inks on upper / sock etc --------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4 x A4 piece each of material coated with the ink

2. Edge inks ( PU Coated (Synthetic Leather) with ink added on edge --------------------------------------- 4 x A4 piece each of material coated with the ink

3. Thermal printing labels (like the size label or non-woven label,  please stick it filled to 4 piece of A4 size paper for each colors ---- 4 x A4 pieces of material printed with as many labels as possible

4. Outsoles ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1 piece each colors

5. Any upper materials / lining materials (including Suede/ Synthetic/ Mesh that we used on upper ------ 1 piece each colors

6. Insoles with printed parts ( EVA & Footbed mesh) ---------------------------------------------------------------- 4 pieces A4 ( EVA only 1 piece)

7. Insole boards / arch cookie /EVA insole ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 piece each

8. PVC parts ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 15 pieces

9. Coated Eyelets, D rings, Ski hooks ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 150 pieces at least

10. Any nylon buckles / d-rings eyelets -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 20 pieces

11. All colors of thread ( Supplier: Coats 高士 ) -----------------------------------------------------------------------  200M / coil

12. Webbing / laces any other small component --------------------------------------------------------------------- 10 pcs

13. Finished shoe ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------1 pair each colorway

In addition, the materials you send for test need to be with edge ink, not just only the material piece.

For instance, Synthetic leather piece for test need to smear the ink on edge area x 4 piece of A4 size.

All the printing “ M” or “MERRELL” logo x 4 piece of A4 size ( logo printing in full of A4 size)

Components x 20 piece

Components x 150 piece ( if has printing ink on it, like eyelet)

Please ensure you stick the tag back of each materials/ components before you send it to our lab.

The tag needs to include below information:

- Factory:

- Supplier:

- Article no:

- Style name:

- Dev. Season:

- SKU#:

We need to above materials/components for lead test BEFORE you ship out the Early Lot & Big Lot & Mass production samples.

For example: the ELO samples ship date is on 20 th April, then we should received the materials on 6 th April. Thank you.
