童鞋量產方面的測試 , 與開發的 3.1~3.3測試無關。

Hi, as Judith has correctly explained, the original CPSIA 3 rd party test requirement is now in operation for shoes manufactured after January 1 st 2012.

如同Judith下文所解釋, 自今年元月生產的訂單開始, 均需實施CPSIA第三方測試要求!!

This change requires that we have a 3 rd party test report for each stock number. This report must be renewed after 12 months if the product continues to be made or if any materials are changed before that 12 month retest requirement.

這個變更要求每一個 Stock Number 都需有第三方之測試報告, 針對持續在量產中的型體, 其測試報告需於12個月後更新, 對於材料變更的型體, 則需重新做測試。

We expect that by this time, any factory making children’s footwear will have programs in place to ensure that all incoming materials are screened in your own lab, or incoming materials area, using your own XRF tester. We further expect that the factory will have a lead free ink/paint policy in place across the entire factory and not allow any screen printing inks or paints to come into the factory that have not been tested and certified by your supplier as being lead free.

我們期望任何一家製作童鞋的工廠 都有到位的設備/方案, 以確保所有來料都能在工廠的實驗室/收貨處使用自己的X光測試器做檢查, 我們進一步的期望, 工廠有全面使用無鉛油墨/漆料的政策, 不要允許任何未經測試及證明不含鉛的油墨/漆料進入工廠。

These steps are necessary to control your production, they are an integral part of your own Quality Assurance program and if effective will minimize the chance of any product failure.

以上步驟對於控制工廠的產品是必要的, 它們是工廠品質保證計劃不可或缺的一部份, 如果有效, 將會大大降低產品的不良。

Moving to your request regarding making a sample ahead of time.

This is OK but please ensure that the sample is marked with a tracking number that corresponds to the PO that will be made, the 3 rd party lab will need to see this tracking number and quote it in their report. Please also ensure that 50ml of each color of ink that is used on the shoe for logo’s, size labels, etc. is also submitted to our lab with the shoe.

就你問的, 可否用量產材料提前製作測試鞋一事, 這是可接受的, 但請確保測試鞋有標示正確的 tracking number, 第三方實驗室需要看到 tracking number 並列在他們的報告中, 同時, 請確保將鞋子用到的所有油墨 ~ 每一顏色各50ml 跟測試鞋一起寄出。

The shoe will be screened in our lab to establish our internal XRF control values that will subsequently be used to check for any variability in materials during future production.

鞋子會在我們的實驗室進行檢測, 以建立我們內部的XRF光譜控制值, 並在往後的量產中被運用於檢查所有材料的變化性。

The shoe will then be sent for 3 rd party testing of all materials and inks and the required certificate of compliance will be based on the results of that testing.

然後, 測試鞋和油墨將被寄到第三方實驗室 測試, 根據測試結果依要求開立證明書。

If the product fails, we have to formally record this and will require a written response from the factory as to what actions are being taken to investigate and correct the failure. We have to file this in our records and then obtain new test data to show that the failure has been corrected.

如果測試不及格, 我們必需正式的做記錄, 並將要求工廠書面答覆將採取什麼行動來研究及糾正這個失敗, 我們必需將工廠的書面答覆歸檔, 並且獲得新的測試數據來顯示此失敗已被糾正。
