這篇文章我看過 , 覺得再看一次提醒自己是不錯的 . 現在有數位相機就更方便了 . 我也曾被機車撞過 , 對方摔得七暈八素 , 鼻青眼腫 , 我人是安然無恙 , 車門可就凹了個大窟窿 . 警察來也是草草收場 , 勸雙方和解了事 , 雖是對方的錯 , 最後還是各賠各的 . 警察說就算是機車騎士的錯 , 你有那個時間與她耗嗎 ? 後來想想也沒留什證據 , 對方沒來反告我就是不幸中之大幸了 . 以後還是多多照相留存證據才是 . 我女兒褓姆的先生，在上班開車途中，被一位中年男子騎快車撞上，褓姆的先生和車子都沒事，但是對方於第二天凌晨過世，褓姆的先生再次被警局通知並銬上手鍊，做了一大堆筆錄，目前一切還在等待司法處理中。
和女兒的褓姆夫妻認識有十年了，他們都是實實在在的人，原本經濟就不寬裕的他們，發生此事更是讓他們雪上加霜，期望以下的內容能夠對你們有助益

給有開車或家有車的朋友：
到 7-11 買一個拋棄式的相機，不會花你很多時間，可是當它派上用場時，比你每年所花上萬塊的車險、意外險、還要有用。
我是地檢署的法醫，車禍對各位車主而言，是一件不願意見到的事，尤其是發生死亡車禍。
然而，每次遇到車禍發生時，車主通常會不知道如何處理。
基於我的專業和分享我的經驗，希望可以為你減少日後的麻煩。 首先建議各位車主在車上放置一台相機，內要有底片、捲尺一把 ，約 七公尺 左右。
當發生車禍時，第一件事，不是和對方說誰對誰錯，而是利用相機去找照相物。
理由是：臺灣的員警，不會為你，花自己的錢，幫你認真照相，即使是和刑事有關的案子，也不會。
我的經驗也是草草的照個三、四張，請問三四張要如何將現場表現出來？
與其期待臺灣司法的牛步化改革，還不如自立救濟。
這也就是我為什麼，要將車禍辦案上的一些注意的事，分享給大家。
希望每個車主知道，一來可以保護自己，二來也可以使臺灣的司法，對車禍案件，回歸較公平的面。
照相要注意的事項 ：
1. 車子前後左右都要照相。
2. 撞擊點要近照，最好要放比例尺。 ( 或是銅幣、手機等 ... 可以相對呈現照片比例的物品 )
3. 煞車痕一定要 照，依據老的檢察官的經驗，臺灣警員的現場圖 ，十個圖有九個有問題；所以，建議你照照，不會對自己不好。 4. 底盤要照相， 我想很多人會問如何照相，第一是要照有無異物，不要忘記沒有東西也是一個最有利的證據。
5. 擋泥板要照，可以確定撞擊方向，不要覺得自己說就是對，要為自己留證據。
6. 最後當在為自己照相時，也要為別人照相。
第一部份
和警員和檢察官做筆錄時，第一要求檢察官對對方做酒精濃度測驗，可以保護自己也可以確定對方是否有喝酒。
如果對方不幸死亡，則可要求抽眼球液酒精及藥物測試。
以我的的經驗，我有一個案子，表面上是車禍致死，可是做完酒精及藥物測試後，才知道死者是：先吃藥物，中毒死亡後，發生車禍，如果沒有做酒精及藥物測試，車主可能就要白白吃牢飯。
臺灣的司法是 : 你沒有要求檢察官做，檢察官是不會主動幫你做的。
所以建議 : 你自己要求做酒精濃度及藥物測驗。
第二部份
要要求檢察官照相，要照什麼呢？要照自己和對方身上的傷，這在日後法律上要求時，或判定違規肇事上有很大的用處。
一定要要求照身上的傷，這是根據 1990 美國的法醫報告中，一個重要車禍責任判定。
我想臺灣很多檢察官還不知道如何用此項證據作為法庭證據。
重要的是：你要求檢察官做，他才一定會去問人，如何用此證據。
第三部份
告訴檢察官你有照片，你洗一份給他，但記得底片一定要自己留著。不要給檢察官，因為你不知道你遇到的是一個認真，或是敗類型的檢察官．你要知道臺灣少數檢察官的風紀是有問題的，我想看臺灣的新聞就知道，不需要我多說。
把證據留在自己身上最安全。最後態度要客氣，因為臺灣的檢察官是得罪不起的，但他們最怕記者。
法醫的工作不只要確認死因，更重要的是：
預防死亡的再次發生 ------ 美國法醫書上開門見山的一句話。 但是臺灣的司法制度中，常以偵察不公開為由，而不讓法醫提出任何危險的警訊，愚弄市民，不讓老百姓知道事實的真象，更重要的不讓老百姓知道預防的方法。 我的經驗：像一段路，連續死亡車禍發生，為了偵察不公開，不知道有多少駕駛者，在不知道危險的狀況下，而發生車禍，又要害死多少人 。
