2010/07/10 Today is Saturday, we cook~
Introduce you all a romantic dish, Cocccioloni & steak, with potato paste.
Coccioloni is a lovely kind of Italian pasta~
Boil the coccioloni, steam the potatos well done and then preserve the steak with garlic sweetened soy sauce in advance.
And, then we prepared some fresh vegi, like Yang Ming Shan green pepper,red onion, green onion, garlic, ginger and one sun tanned healthy tomato.
That's the well done Coccioloni~
That's our Taiwan beef, sliced steak~ with sweeten garlic-soy sauce.
the well done steamed potatos , will be served as paste.
As for sweet potatos to Taiwanese, potatos are the same staple food for the western people.
The 1st cold pressed olive oil, smelled really good~
First time we try the red onion, it used to be served as the stewed Chinese sweeten-soy sauce with pork paste.
The extra vigin olive oil smells really good and smokeless...
And, then the mix of Yangmingshan green pepper and garlic, ginger.
