The citrus liquor~ kind of perfect mate with the steak~

They dance together~

light up the aroma of steak and the green pepper,red onion, garlic...

Served first, beside the dish.

Then we make the sauce and our main dish, Coccioloni~

green onion first~

Italian cuisine "always" in favor of tomatos~

Then,we served the Coccioloni inside~

Then, the steamed potato standing on the butter~

Don't know why, the butter and potatos are "perfect roomates" I guess.

served the potatos as paste style~

the potatos are the natural starch also....

will make the sauce creamy....

add some fresh water and ketchup inside~

Steam them together .....and wait....

.......to be contined
