My CRM-250R really need a replacement of the rear brake disk~
Bought it from Yahoo auction Japan~
The Original equipment from Honda.
the deep wear...cause the malfunction of the rear brake, no matter how hard you step on the pad, you just couldn't stop the bike.
the disk worn into break ,inner disk surface less than 3mm..
My Madhead bike stand, from Germany. Give me a hand, always...
pull off the rear wheel, and remember all the details.
First time to DIY this far on my CRM brake system.
The disk pad worn out on non- flat surface, cause the rear disk had been worn into abnormal surface situation.
The Clipper, Nissin Japan, No. 1 brand,...eaqual to the ATE of Germany.
The pad anti-rattle shim , kind of false setting ~ Cause many noise when riding....
After reading the CRM-250R Manual book from internet, will correct them.
The Kiwi box~ best for the DIY, rest my knee and as the rubber whale skin pad~
the Hex-screws are really tight locked.....
almost bent my hex wrench tool...
