xo醬燒豆腐

食材:

水豆腐                                                               2塊

蒜片                                                                   少許

青蔥                                                                   少許

xo干貝醬(名廚陳師傅xo干貝醬)                   2匙

醬油                                                                   2小匙

蠔油                                                                   1小匙

胡椒粉                                                               少許

糖                                                                       少許

香油                                                                   少許

太白粉                                                                少許

做法:

先將水豆腐切片,煎至金黃色備用

再將青蔥切成蔥段

先將蔥段、蒜片炒香

再將全部配料放入鍋中

接著放入煎好的水豆腐

等到快好時用太白粉勾芡

即可裝盤上桌囉!
